Required:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 7 years of related experience with minimum 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
- Knowledge of Internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be able to understand all process specifications and pertinent reference information.
- Provide leadership in Lean Manufacturing Principles and practices throughout assigned manufacturing areas. Ensures that manufacturing areas are kept clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
- Ensures compliance with the 6 Sigma principles (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety). Ensures compliance with all paperwork, such as work instructions, that govern job duties.
- Attention to detail is required and must be able to lead assembly teams and supervisors in assigned shift areas.
- May be assigned to oversee different manufacturing locations as production needs require.
