Required- Bachelor
degree in Aviation Management, Business Management, related field, or 3 years’
aircraft scheduling experience. - 2–4
years’ experience in scheduling, dispatching, or related field. - Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and time-sensitive
demands. - Strong
problem-solving, resource-allocation, and decision-making skills. - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred
- FAA
Aircraft Dispatcher License. - Proficiency
with scheduling and fleet management software.
