- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience in supply chain and manufacturing planning.
- Experience in ERP system evaluation/implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, shop floor control, and logistics.
- Proven ability to contribute expertise within cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their supply chain and manufacturing modules.
Preferred Skills:- Certification in supply chain management or manufacturing (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPIM) highly preferred.
- Experience with change management and training in ERP implementation preferred.
- Knowledge of data migration and system integration best practices preferred.
