- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude: Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment to perform assembly, installation, fabrication and rework tasks on metal aircraft components
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
- Technical skills: Possesses necessary skills and knowledge; provides accurate, neat, and thorough work; pursues training and professional development; and exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills.
