- Bachelors degree in aviation science or technology desired
- Minimum 8 years' recent experience in practical aviation inspection and maintenance, including leadership roles
- Indepth knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- FAA Inspection Authorization highly preferred
- Thoroughly versed in CFR FAR's, inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, applications, tools and equipment
