- High School diploma
- Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial maintenance electrical experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automated production equipment.
- Ability to use electrical testing equipment including multimeters, megohmmeters, and amp meters.
- Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient computer skills required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Preferred qualifications & skills
- Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred or equivalent industrial electrical experience.
- Experience with automation systems and robotics.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and facility support systems.
- Welding, fabrication, or mechanical maintenance experience is a plus.
- Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments.
- Experience using CMMS systems preferred
